“A perfect experience! I was called the day before with a general ETA. I was then called again 15 min before doorstep arrival. Driver was friendly and did not rush. Our puppy was happy, healthy, and clean upon delivery. Thank you!”

“We had a great experience with Starwood. Sarah was very good at dealing with my constant panic attacks and always got back to me in a timely manner. We chose to handle most of the Health Certificate process ourselves, both being veterinarians, but Sarah was there to guide us through it all. The pets arrived healthy and happy and everyone involved with their very long journey seemed to truly care about them.”

“The team that delivered our Golden Retriever puppy was knowledgeable, friendly and kind with the pup. They were cheerful and clearly enjoyed their job. They were punctual and provided multiple updates on their arrival time. Excellent experience. Thank you!”

“Grateful my puppy made it home here in California with Pet Can picking up my baby from the airport . I was worried about who was handling my new furbaby but was reassured that pet cab gives love to the puppies once they arrive and clean them up make sure they go potty and then arrived safely at my home at the window of time promised ❤️🐶”
