“I had no idea what was involved. At first it seemed like a lot of money to be charging but with all the paperwork and arrangements to be made, i was so glad that we had called in the experts.”

“Thank you, thank you, thank you! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your help in getting my dog from Kansas to Hawaii! COVID-19 has caused so many flight restrictions and cancellations but military families still need to take their furry babies with them when they move. While my military friends were scrambling to drive across the country to take their dogs to different airports, I was able to relax and let Starwood Animal Transport do the work for me. Due to weather restrictions and flight cancellations, it took pet transporters at 3 locations to receive my dog and get her to the next step of her journey. My coordinator, Ryan, worked tirelessly to make sure that every step of my dog’s 3-day travel went well and she kept me updated with pictures. I highly recommend Starwood Animal Transport and will definitely use them again!”

“The gentleman who delivered Braxton was courteous and considerate. My concern is centered on the fact that Braxton arrived in Fairfield, N.J. at about 11:21 a.m.. This is about 90 miles from my home. He did not arrive till 09:00 p.m.. I personally feel more drivers should have transported the pups to shorten the transport time. I have to bath Braxton when he arrived because of feces matted in his hair in multiple areas. Please consider how you can shorten transport times for these puppies. Thank you.”

“Gina was awesome!! So friendly and called a few times to let me know when she would be here. She also sent pictures of our first family photo with the pup! I also loved that she told me about how much I’d love the pup already and how amazing this breed was! Made the experience feel more secure knowing our pup was in such good hands with Gina and her team!! Thank you!!!”
