“The transport process via puppy cab was very good. They were very professional providing me with updates on when the puppy would arrive. When we received our little angel she was happy and I could tell she had been in ded good hands. The driver was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed.”

“Our new family member was delivered at approximately ETA relayed earlier in the day. Vi was notified of his progress and was called when he was 15-20 minutes away. Jesse warned me that Delaney had gone to potty and was a bit messy & smelly, but was in good spirits. Indeed he was and we promptly gave him a bath to which he responded to very calmly (Delaney not Jesse)”

“Jeffrey was amazing. He called us to let us know he picked up out pet and told us exactly what time he will be here. He was very friendly and took care of our pets needs and cleaning up before he handed over to us.”

“The driver and contact on the day of delivery were excellent. The day before the dog came home, I called the office and left a message through their limited menu options. They never called me back, so I had to take the initiative on the day of delivery to get information through puppy spot.”

“Took all the worry about bringing our cats back to the UK from the initial contact right through to delivery back to us. Always very responsive to the many questions and queries I had throughout. Cats arrived none the worse for their long journey and are settled and happy. Couldn’t ask for more than that.”

“The two girls were very friendly and The puppy was clean and in good condition. It would of been helpful if they called at least 30 minutes before their arrival time. 10-15 minutes was a bit too short especially since I was told by PuppySpot (not the transportation company) that she wouldn’t arrive until 12 when in fact she arrived around 10 so I was a bit frantic. Thank You!”
