“I like the personal relationship I have with Ross. Niko didn't get loaded when he was supposed to from the UK but Sarah Wittington was quick to let me know----appreciate the clarity and transparency. Helen picks Niko up at JFK and sends a pic or short video of him which is gratifying. In short, I feel very good about the compassionate professionals at Starwood and with whom Starwood works!”

“Our driver was excellent. She made sure our puppy was delivered safely and on time. She communicated with us when she was 30 minutes away. When she arrived our puppy was handled with care and she kept her social distance and wore a face cover. I felt extremely safe with her delivering to our house. I'd highly recommend this service to others.”

“This service was wonderful! They called the day before to confirm the plans with me. Then the day of, the driver called to say he was 15 minutes away and arrived right on time. He was extremely friendly and made sure he told me about all the attached paperwork. I was very pleased with this service!!!”

“Kirsty Hewitt was very helpful in managing the paperwork and itineraries for my cats. She was v thorough and communicated with the vet and airlines as time led up to the cats' move. As well, Nicky West on the UK side picked up where Kirsty left off and helped bring my cats to their new home safe and sound. Thank you both for the work and care you gave me and my pets!”

I am so sorry your pet had kennel cough and a parasite. As the transport company who just handled the delivery from the airport to your house, we will make sure to alert the company who hired us for the last mile drive. Sadly we only had Dawn in our care for a couple of hours and our driver never saw any medical issues that required us to transport her to a vet instead of your house. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

“I transported my kitty from Md to An.I couldn't be more pleased with the service.Starwood really cares about your pets.Everything went smoothly and was handled with great care and professionalism.My kitty wasn't the least bit stressed and was well cared for.I can't thank Brett and Ryan enough for everything.Ryan is very sweet.I was kept informed of everything through the whole process.A big thumbs up to Sherwood and staff”

“The Starwood team were excellent, we were very nervous sending the girls on their first international trip but they arrived happy and healthy. The help they gave us with paperwork and Vet Issues was always right to the point and clear to understand. We will definitely be working with them again for our next move.”
