“My Pet Cab is awesome. Angie exceeded my expectations by arriving EXACTLY on the spot of the time she said she'd be here. When 12 noon came today, that's exactly the time I got the knock on my door. She was not only super friendly, she was holding our new pup in her arms which was a sweet thing to do as she was on a long flight and car ride and I'm sure sick of the carrier. She made sure the carrier was clean and tidy and told me about our puppies' journey. Thank you Angie--thank you Pet Cad!”

“The thought of transporting your pet internationally has got to be one of the most stressful facets of moving, no question. They are family. It’s also quite a complicated process with enough paperwork and appointments that can make your head spin. To have someone in your corner, handling it all, guiding you and most importantly making sure your furry family is taken care of, is paramount. That is what Starwood does. Our coordinator, Sarah W, was amazing from start to finish. Patient, attentive and professional through all my craziness and worrying. I cannot thank her, and Starwood, enough for getting our boy safely across the pond.”

“We had a great experience with the Driver. Daisy was amazing. She texted us before leaving the airport. Then , she let us know that she is near to our place. That give us time to welcome the puppy. Puppy was happy with her.”

“My Pet Cab delivered my puppy Sophia to my home on time, healthy and happy. Gary kept me informed throughout the trip and the arrangements went exactly as explained. I’ve never done this before and I’m so relieved she was well taken care of the whole way. I highly recommend and appreciate this service!”
