“When I knew I was going to move from Nevada to Texas, I was worried about how to move my dog, who doesn't like long car rides. Flying him was not an option, either, so I started researching other alternatives. I spoke with people from several different pet transport companies and thought I had settled on one, when the lack of responsiveness on some crucial questions made me have doubts. I decided to look into more options, and when I contacted My Pet Cab, I heard back from Jim Pettengill right away. We discussed the situation, and I quickly felt reassured by the things he told me about the way My Pet Cab operates. It took a short time to figure out the dates and details, and he was able to provide some additional insight into the team members who would be transporting my dog. A few weeks later, the team showed up right on schedule with their fancy RV. My dog was nervous about getting on board, but they were very patient, and let me help get him into his spot in the RV. The RV was very impressive inside, and my dog had a nice compartment set up with his bed and one of his toys, as well as a water dish. He settled down nicely once he got inside, and after a bit of idling the RV drove off towards its next stop. A few hours later, I received my first e-mail update with a video of my dog going for a brief walk on one of the stops that evening. I received e-mail updates with photos or video clips every day for all of the days of my dog's journey. My dog was delivered on time, as scheduled, and the driver who dropped him off for delivery even helped me bring the crate they had also transported for me into my apartment and get it set up. I was worried about how he would handle such a long trip, but the team at My Pet Cab made sure the situation went as smoothly as possible. If I need to transport any other pets long distance in the future, I would be happy to rely on the services of My Pet Cab again.”
