“Totally irresponsible! My account was locked for no reason and, when I contacted Hubzu through Chat, telephone, and e-mail, I couldn't reach anyone to fix the problem. One agent said that someone will be sending me an e-mail so I can send in a picture of my ID; but it never happened. When I called on the fourth day, I couldn't even leave a message because someone's mailbox is full.”

“The opportunity of making your own decisions during the process of purchasing a property is very thoughtful , I'm sure my next property purchase in Hubzu will be even easier since the process is easy to learn right from the beginning and there is a support team, personally I will buy another property from hubzu as soon as I can”

“one star is way too much. I feel that after bidding on two properties that things are strange and this company has people behind the scene working against you. The third property had NO bids at about 2 minutes before closing. I reported a major mold problem three days earlier with no response, no return call so figure they would remove property from site, work on it than return it to the market. An hour after bid closing I check to find out a question of five bids were submitted but (as the site said) you could submit a back up bid of 1.5% above initial asking price. Folks beware”

“I as always enjoying dealing with your company especially when you have such professional employee such sadaf khan. She is wonderful and so professional all the time. “I am NOT happy. This is a site selling thousands of homes and they need to do a better job. I was the winning bidder and didn’t know it then 3 days later I found out I was the winning bidder but because I didn’t respond the property went to someone else. The way they communicate or the lack of it is disturbing. I contacted them via email and phone and never got an appropriate response to guide me. It really is disturbing. I have bought properties from other auction sites over the past six years and none of them operate this way. I am a seasoned real estate investor so I would caution all to be very careful.”

“Don’t trust this horrible and lying company!!! They took my $1000 out of my bank for bid than it’s been over a month they still haven’t put it back and keep saying its there 3rd party faults. They are huge lies and will steal your money!!!”

“Hubzu lets you know how many bidders are bidding with you, and when the bidding changes. I think it gives you a fair chance to decide if it is the right purchase for your buyer knowing the comps.”
