any property in any state should be listened with A local professional Broker and have the Broker handle for the sellers and DONOT Get thirty party involved Like Actioner's that the consumer have to pay them for doing nothing just use the name as actioners.

I have been the highest bidder in these auctions many times and then I get turned down and then it is re-listed for Another Auction. So, it is Not Really an Auction!!

When an auction marketing cycle ends, the seller, and not Hubzu, determines if they wish to select a bid to proceed with. In some cases, the seller may opt to re-market the property in another auction marketing cycle if the reserve price (the minimum the seller is likely willing to accept for the property) was not met or a bid/offer did not meet the seller’s criteria. Or, the seller may accept a lower bid or negotiate with a bidder. However, please keep in mind that regardless of the bid/offer amount or whether the reserve price is met, the seller has full discretion on whether to accept any bid or offer. If the seller decides to remarket the property in another auction, we encourage you to bid again regardless of the amount. You may be able to negotiate with the seller after the auction marketing cycle ends. We apologize for any misunderstanding and we hope this information will better assist you in future bidding. Simply listing a property would be acceptable to buyers than going through an auction and would serve a better purpose.

Overall I thing bidding is great, however, I also think that bidding is not fair. I had several backup offers that have not been honored. Most recent, 731 Irvington. Chester, PA

HUBZU seems to be working now, I eventually I could make a bid on the desired home. Still, only a few minor problems like the site gets into neverland when my computer stays on for days, and HUBZU wont respond without reboot, then slow for a while. "Waiting for Listing" is not too interesting when it goes on for days! and why bother me with attempts to log-out while I leave HUBZU in one of my Chrome TABS?

I would rate it at the highest level if the practice of counter bidding by Hubzu on behalf of sellers can be stopped. This practice undermines the fair and competitive bidding process

Well I did get the property but they made sure they gave me hell before I got it. It is a legit but communication with this company is really bad and scary because your money is on the line.

Hello. Ai here is another update on a closing on a property that should have happend on the 22nd of November. I finally closed on the 31st of January so there is a happy ending. Many emails a phone calls but never give up. Good luck to the rest of you.

Your app site should use thump print or face recognition for mobile and tablet. I have a hard time that I have to input my email and password every single time. If at least it memorized my email address it won’t be that bad. I must have to type in every single characters of my email address in order to sign in. I found that using regular website is more efficient than an APP’s.

Not happy because it was difficult to contact listing agent for access and help. Also the deposited that hubzu ask for is not something people want to do, so you are missing out on excellent buyers that may go well above asking price. Ask your clients if they would 10 to 30,000 more profit.

Hubzu is an interesting process. It would be better if the information on how to get into the property to view the inside was better.

This think could easily be a 5 If inspectipn reports were uploaded. They should make them mandatory. Easily better than auction.com

Site is easy to use but don't understand why a high bid over the reserve is not accepted.

In none of my bids was the a bank minimum disclosed until after auction closed. After auction times out 15 min keeps being added each time a new bid comes in. This in my opinion is not an auction. Every time I win an auction the bank says it's not enough and rejects the bid.

The act of placing a bid at the last moment in the hope of being the selected bidder is called auction sniping and is intended to deny other bidders time to place a higher bid. To prevent this practice, we extend the auction by 15 minutes if a last-minute bid is received. If this occurs and you have been an active bidder on the property, we will notify you via email that the auction has been extended by 15 minutes. The auction will be extended by 15-minute increments until 15 minutes have passed without bidding activity. If you are open to speaking with us, we are very interested in discussing your feedback.
