“Bid on a property. At the end of the auction I had the winning bid. The website told me I had the winning bid. I was told to wait 24 hours for contracts. After 24 hours there were no contracts. I called and was told someone bid higher. But I had the winning bid??? Come to find out, they sold it to someone else after the auction ended for $290 more than my "winning" bid.....losers, liers, cheats”

“This company is result oriented to customers, I didn't even believe that they real work very trustworthy and quick. I and my husband have been in Texas in December 2018 for Xmass holiday. Then we agreed that we need to find a house in Texas as a vacation house because we spent a lot in renting apartment. So we decided to look for a house leisurely, so one day we drove in Temple and saw a house for sale with Hubzu name on signboard then we decided to go through it and start bidding. The house were so cheap we didn't believe it. We won that bid and they send us some documents to sign online. Mind you we were in USA for holiday so we went back to Africa while bidding processes for a house we saw was underway. It was a lot of 16,500 sqf with a house on it. I am telling you went to Africa but we got every information we wanted and they also sent various document to sign until we paid the total full amount of the house. After closing the deal they send us all the documents related to the house including the title and insurance. There was a lady called Arlicia Wallece, she was so lovely and helpful. She was making sure that all the needed information and guidance rich to us on time. She has never tired. She handled the matter professionally for real. This people are real and they have a good service. Your information is well kept and confidential. On top of that they are cheap compare to other means of buying houses. You don't need any relator for this process.”

“Even one star is more .... I should give ZERO star They are playing with auction of the properties in Texas . I bought the property in person on Tuesday Sept 03 ... paid them 95K cashiers check and now they are selling it again on Hubzu on line auction It’s deceiving Plz kindly call me ASAP 9563376500 Before going to Texas State Board of realtors”

“You as an on line action should insist your sellers post their Reserve !!! In an effort to not waist the time of the buyer and their money. I was awarded the sale but was rejected by the Bank”

“We one a bid on a home and was not contacted to even negotiate the reserve bid apparently we were below the reserve so the auction started again for another 6 days!”

Hubzu.com does not prevent customers from bidding on other properties while awaiting a decision on bid acceptance for another property. Regarding bid acceptance, the typical response time is within a few days. However, the average time to accept a bid or offer on some homes with Special Conditions may be longer and this depends on the Seller. We would still like to speak to you regarding this matter.
