“Ordered a wine decanter with a top and when it arrived, the top was broken. I emailed them and right away got a response that they would ship a new one. A week later, they sent a whole new decanter! So nice of them. The decanter looks very nice and works well. I would recommend it.”

“I had a small issue with the pump on a soap dispenser I purchased. I contacted Hudson and Vine, and they promptly replaced the entire dispenser. I love the product, and the customer service is top notch. I would definitely shop here again.”

“Although it is great looking and appears to be well made, the slate gray soap dispenser I received did not work out too well. Maybe I had a defective item, but it had started to slightly discolor. And just recently the pump stopped working after only a few months. However, the great customer service at H&V was very prompt to resolve the issue and send me a new one fast.”

“This piece was exactly what I was looking for to practically update the entry floor of the mudroom in my 18th century New England farmhouse. While totally modern and easy-keeping for cleaning, this mat has the warmth of age built in to its appearance. It doesn't jar the eye in a room that still has hand-blown glass window panes.”
