“I thought the tray was very nice, looks like the online pictures, the length was hard to find, but I find the quality is good but priced high for the product. It’s not very heavy feels like plastic, so happy with the tray but not a high end product but a high price for what you get”

“Although it is great looking and appears to be well made, the slate gray soap dispenser I received did not work out too well. Maybe I had a defective item, but it had started to slightly discolor. And just recently the pump stopped working after only a few months. However, the great customer service at H&V was very prompt to resolve the issue and send me a new one fast.”

“This company has beautiful, high quality products. Their return policies, however, are a bit cumbersome. With communication, however, they did refund my return postage! (The thing i ordered didn’t quite match my room.)”
