“My rug was shipped and out for delivery by UPS. The delivery was never made so I contacted Hudson & Vine customer service. They immediately put in a UPS claim and let me know another rug would be shipped. With a day or two, I received my rug delivered by Federal Express. The rug is beautiful and excellent quality and their customer service is top notch.”

“I'm sorry to say, as I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, that this was highly disappointing. If I had the time to pack it up and send it back I would. I received 2, not a set of three and the galvanized pots were so terrible looking with brownish rings around them.”

“i found Hudson and Vine to be very responsive to my shipping issues. I am very pleased with the vinul rugs and would highly recommend them. They are especially good for people with pets. We are using them on top of our stained concrete floor to cushion the recliner chair's legs and hide ethe power cords.”

“Perfect ! It looks so much like a real fabric rug, works well in the living room near my front door. Protects my hardwood floors and the front door opens easily as it's thin enough to let the door pass right over it without catching.”
