“I like the floor mat except photo online is misleading. There is a lot of green in background which doesn't show online and picture sent, and was told would be creamy. I luckily have some green in my Rugs which goes by chance... could have be a return otherwise. Overall I like it but giving a better description and photo would be nice”

“Great product—kitchen mat is beautiful and I was concerned in thickness. But it’s perfect for what we wanted—a moppable rug look alike in a splatter spill prone kitchen. It is about 6-8 mm thick and the 3x5 ish one weighed 10 lb as shipped. Very durable. Looks more like a rug than a mat. Love it!”

“These are so good-looking in a retro house! They look shabby-chic from the get-go. I also ordered a baby one — same colors, different pattern — for a tiny powder room to the left of the kitchen shown here. I think they look so perfect in our 1926house that I have to resist the temptation to buy more, in different colors, for the dining room and upstairs hall. I may yet.”

“I’m very happy with the Vinyl Mat I chose, it looks perfect in my kitchen, gives a bit of a whimsical look that I wanted to achieve. Pattern#9, Checkmate. Good quality, easy to clean up spills, has a French look to it that I like.. Sincerely, VC”

“I purchased both a rug and adorable handcrafted wind chimes from H&V. I received the wind chimes with no glitches and found them to be perfect. The rug, unfortunately, was never delivered by FedEx. Although I opened a ticket with FedEx concerning the missing rug, they asserted that the rug was delivered and denied my claim, with me being out the cost of the rug. Not willing to let this rest, H&V stepped in and worked for over a month to acquire a refund for me from FedEx. Most companies would have said it was not their problem, but H&V takes their business seriously and the service they provide. They truly care about their customer.”
