“I received my carpet on good order and was happy with the product. Was displeased with the lack of customer support....couldn't even find a phone number. Sent an email and never received a response as I needed to redirect the shipment. Doubt I will order from them again. Felt like I was flying solo..”

“I received the Hurricane Candle Holders - Small, but the diameter was 5", not 6" as described on the Hudson & Vine site. This size difference was critical for me since the holders needed to fit into existing floor stands. Hudson & Vine contacted the mfg to see if they could be produced in the 6" diameter size, but they could not. They then corrected the size information on their site and issued me a return authorization. While I'm disappointed that the product wasn't correct as specified, Hudson & Vine did what they could to correct it, which I appreciate”

“I thought the tray was very nice, looks like the online pictures, the length was hard to find, but I find the quality is good but priced high for the product. It’s not very heavy feels like plastic, so happy with the tray but not a high end product but a high price for what you get”

“There was some confusion regarding my order but their Customer Service Department was very quick to address the situation. I was impressed not only with the (custom) vinyl floor covering but how pleasant they were during the process, I will be sure to order more items from them once my living room & kitchen renovations are complete!”

“Very happy with the vinyl floor mat. I have been looking for non-slip and non-trip rugs. These are great in both regards. Safety first, but also very beautiful. I am very pleased with these floor coverings.”

“Our purpose for the vinyl area rug was to reduce the tripping factor other woven fabrics create. It is being used on our bamboo wood floor to prevent scratches and dents. We purchased a small rug to test and will likely buy a larger one in the near future. However, a deterrent is that I can't order custom sizing. The sizes available are not what we need for the space we have.”
