“I have not received the order I placed in November. So I would say pretty terrible. I contacted customer service they claimed the order would ship with both items together then after two months one item was cancelled.”

By the time my preorder was ready to ship, it was past Christmas and my other items became out of stock. It took over two months to ship and customer service was not helpful.”

Thanks for your feedback. Yes if you have preorder items your order will ship by the last pre order date. We won't have as frequent pre orders as well anymore they will rather be ready for purchase.
