“This company sucks!! So I ordered the 40 oz traveler and a mystery item almost 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten it yet. I waited the 10 days for it to be shipped and I got no updates. I then had to reach out to the company if they knew what was going on. It took them days to respond and it wasn’t helpful at all. I’ve been waiting forever for my items and I’m really frustrated with it. I get it that big sale items take awhile, but I NEVER had to wait this long for an item to come through.”

“I did not get my Hydro flask. I did not receive it. It said it got delivered into my parcel locker but did not receive it. Was not there. I’ve been waiting for this for a very long time I want a refund I’m not very happy I was excited at first, but then never received it. I got a case number from the post office so I haven’t heard anything.”
“Placed an order the 10th waited till about the 23 to ask for an update on customer support received an email on the 24th saying it was finally shipped (day 14) the 25th they replied back to me saying it shipped and I was suppose to wait 10 days which clearly it surpassed 10 days for a notification saying it was delivered the 30th but it wasn’t? Messaged customer support 2 days ago still haven’t heard back..”

“First off, I had ordered a traveler, and never recieved it. I received a shakr in its place. 2nd, I had a $10 mystery sleeve added to my order I didn’t notice before I checked out, that I didn’t want. And when it came in the mail it was a sleeve that wouldn’t fit anything I ordered anyways. I have reached out to hydro jug about these issues including pictures and haven’t heard a response. Definitely very frustrated considering shipping took over 2.5 weeks!!”
“Ordered my item at the first of January and just received it 1/30/24. I had 3 separate emails stating it shipped with 3 different dates??? Way too long of a delivery window. I tried to cancel order but they wouldn’t allow me to. Now I have the hassle of returning. Disappointing.”

“I accidentally placed my order under my old shipping address (my mistake due to auto fill). When I reached out to the company the day after my order was placed to edit the shipping address, they told me they could not edit the order once it was placed. This made sense to me until my order did not even ship for 3 weeks. So there actually was plenty of time to find my order and edit the shipping address. My order arrived to the wrong address yesterday. What a waste of $40. I hope whoever received my cup likes it.”
“I love my jug. However, I ordered on Jan 8. I received on Jan 30 2024. I ordered a mini jug and mini sleeve. I received a mini jug and a classic sleeve for a 64 oz. So after waiting for one month, I received the wrong order. Terrible customer service and ridiculous shipping times.”
