“19 days to receive a product with little update is a long time, website states it takes up to 10 days for your order to be shipped out; it does not take 9 more days to go from west to east cost of America. Product is nice but fulfillment is an issue that is well known to HydroJug.”

One thing about it that wasn’t great and very minor is that the color of the bottle was easily scratched after The washing it before use. But that can be fix by covering the scratches with vinyl stickers. Overall, I would recommend this product.”
