“Shipping took much longer, pre-ordered 1/4 (prior to sale), was supposed to ship by 1/15, didn’t shop until 1/19. When I contacted support, the delay was blamed on the sale.”
“I absolutely love Hydro Jugs containers. Stanley and all other brands can’t compete. I recently discovered this brand over the holidays and decided to take a chance. I ordered a pink and pre ordered a black Hydro jug. I needed the pink one sooner for it was a gift and canceled my pre order one because the time frame surpassed. I gifted the pink one and they loved it. Not even a week after the hydro jug refused to open and I emailed customer service. They stated they would replace the defective jug. It did take a while to receive the replacement (in black due to the pink being sold out) I would recommend the jug to friends. The experience was a little wild but the jug still deserves a higher star hence my rating of 4. I bought my original black one at a different retailer and I’ve love it since”
“You probably should not have sent me the email wanting me to review my new Hydro Jug as I have yet to receive it. The whole ordering process is a joke. I ordered an in stock 40 oz tumbler on January 9th. As of today, January 27 I have yet to receive my order. That to me is absolutely unacceptable. I could have ordered something from Temu and got it quicker. For the longest time it just sat as “unfulfilled “. When it finally did ship they must have sent it by Pony Express from the old west days as it shipped on January 19th and as I mentioned before as of January 27th have not received it. It shows that it made it to my state on January 25th but that’s as far as it has got. So this whole process to me is unacceptable. I just hope and pray that if I ever do get the tumbler that it is as good as people claim. I hate to do a rating on just my order/shipping process but it is part of the overall experience so I have to leave the 1 star rating. Thank goodness I didn’t order as a gift for someone’s birthday or something.”
“I could review it if it ever came in the mail! Reached back out to get a refund, and was told I still need to give it a 10 days from when I’ve received tracking update. It’s been 5 days with no update that it’s been any closer to arriving. Obviously should be here if I’ve received email to review it!!!! Will be disputing charge with my bank. It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered item. Entirely too long to receive item.”

Now, according to the tracker, it has been sitting in Utah for the last 10 days, not moving. I get it’s busy because of the holidays, but it seems like an excessively long time for a simple order.”

“I don’t like giving bad reviews so I am giving the product a 5 star but customer service a 1 star. Customer Service stinks! Wait, there is no customer service. I have a friend that told me about HydroJug and how great the product is. They were correct about that. The product is great. Here is my problem. I emailed them because it had been over a week since I had ordered my product inquiring of when it might ship. 3 days later I received the product. Then later that day, I received a notice that my product was shipping. Then the following week, I receive an email stating that because of high volume orders that my shipping was delayed and I would be receiving my order soon. What?? I already have it and there was no response to my email from the prior week. The product has been the best mug I have ever had, but the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I wish the best for this company, but with this service, I am not sure if I would buy from them again. Customer service is as important as your product.”
