“I have not received the order I placed in November. So I would say pretty terrible. I contacted customer service they claimed the order would ship with both items together then after two months one item was cancelled.”

I have a friend that told me about HydroJug and how great the product is. They were correct about that. The product is great. Here is my problem. I emailed them because it had been over a week since I had ordered my product inquiring of when it might ship. 3 days later I received the product. Then later that day, I received a notice that my product was shipping. Then the following week, I receive an email stating that because of high volume orders that my shipping was delayed and I would be receiving my order soon. What?? I already have it and there was no response to my email from the prior week. The product has been the best mug I have ever had, but the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I wish the best for this company, but with this service, I am not sure if I would buy from them again. Customer service is as important as your product.”

I understand their ship time is 5-10 days but my cup shipped after 13 days I received an email back 6 days after I sent one. It seems they are swamped and I understand, just wanted others to know this before ordering as I didn’t.”
