“I really love my new tumbler. My only complaint is that when there was a chip in the coating š I reached out to customer service but I havenāt heard back yet. I realize the chip is very small but itās still a chip and I would assume it would become larger over time.”

“I want to love this cup so much because it is nice looking, doesn't leak, holds a large amount of water, and fits into a cup holder, BUT it came with a little scratch and the rubber seal at the bottom was coming off so it will not even sit on a table evenly. I could let the scratch go, but Iām so annoyed every time I set it down because it wonāt sit well.”
