“I want to love the Hydojug Traveler. But there's a couple of things. The straw is too long. It's hard to drink out of. The straw is flat on the bottom of the jug. I have tried everything. Making sure it's pushed all the way into the lid. I'm afraid to cut it because it might break. I got out some fine grit sanding paper and went to town on the straw. But it only helped a little. I also received a free straw, which I thought would be nice. But it doesn't go to the hydrojug traveler. It goes with another water bottle i don't own. I can't use it. 😕”

I would be fine with this if they would tell you that shipping takes that long before you place the order. My last order was also incomplete. I did get a reply that the part of my order that was missing would be shipped. It’s been 2 weeks and I don’t have the rest of my order.”
