“I have both a shaker and travel tumbler. I love them both. I love the versatility of the tumbler. I no longer have to choose whether to carry something that fits in my bag, but does not fit in the cupholder in my car, or vice versa. Now i am able to have both in one product and I have experienced no issues with leakage. The shaker is also great whether I decide to use it to carry a warm beverage or smoothie. These products are affordable when compared to other brands and have superior performance. My only negatives are that they are not dishwasher safe and delivery was super slow. But I will definitely order more.”
“Turn around time took forever. If you email customer service you get a rude reply basically warning you to not email them. I wanted to cancel my order because so much time had gone by but of course they didn't reply until the order finally shipped. Then once I recieved my traveler it did in fact leak, also it's difficult to suck through the straw. Will definitely be in my only purchase with this company. I have cups from other company's that seem to appreciate the customer.”
“I ordered 3 cups on January 9th, I sent an email to cancel my order on January 18, my shipment was sent out on January 23 despite me asking to cancel (no one has responded to me), and my shipment says delivered on January 27. I have not received the actual shipment. It is nowhere to be found despite it saying delivered. I have sent this to customer service, and hopefully this time they will respond and refund my money at this point.”
“Hydro Jug did not acknoledge my return, has cost me time and attitional money for a return. I wouldn't waste your time with their poor customer service, it take days to get a responce via email and they dont have a phone opportunator withing the phone lines when you try to call.”
“Absolutely love this tumbler. I was fed up with my kids knocking over another very popular brand and spilling it. I needed something durable and leak proof. I love the soft bottom as well. I only took off one star because the shipping was ridiculously long. About 2 weeks. Insane.”

“I want to love the Hydojug Traveler. But there's a couple of things. The straw is too long. It's hard to drink out of. The straw is flat on the bottom of the jug. I have tried everything. Making sure it's pushed all the way into the lid. I'm afraid to cut it because it might break. I got out some fine grit sanding paper and went to town on the straw. But it only helped a little. I also received a free straw, which I thought would be nice. But it doesn't go to the hydrojug traveler. It goes with another water bottle i don't own. I can't use it. 😕”
