“This entire process has been beyond frustrating. I ordered a hydro jug for my daughters birthday on January 9. I still have not received my order. I have went to cancel my order, and you do not have the option to do so on your account. I reached out to customer service and they responded with “please allow 5-10 business days to ship because of our birthday sale”. My daughters birthday has passed and it’s now Jan 30th, an I still don’t have her hydrojug. Honestly, It would be hard for me to order from here again.”

“The elite traveler tumbler. Between work, the gym, and being a mom this is the cup you need. Doesn’t spill a drop when closed and keeps everything cold. It did take a while to ship but it truly is worth the wait!”
“Shipping was quite slow and wasnt aware of the lenthg of time that shipping would take. But overall, I LOVE this jug. I love that i can take my 40oz anywhere without worring about spills while carrying all the "mom" stuff that is required as an active mom with very active boys.”
“I love the look of my Hydrojug Traveler, and I love that it fits in my cup holders in my car, but it does not keep my ice frozen for any long period. Generally after a few hours, the ice has already melted. I do enjoy the flip-top lid with the straw, the handle, and the ability to utilize this in cup holders, though. Wish it kept things colder for longer than a few hours.”

“I thought I got scammed. The communication with the company was non existent. I tried emailing, texting and calling. The only reason I gave two stars was bc the cup FINALLY came in and it’s nice, but I would not recommend this company bc there is nothing stating orders are delayed.”
