“I ordered 2 of the traveler mugs. Only one came. I emailed the company (because they don’t have a customer service phone line which is bizarre). It has been 4 days now and I still haven’t heard back from them. So frustrating! Terrible customer service!”
“Love my cups.. the shipping took about 3 weeks, which for me is a really long time. One of the travelers is scratched and noticeable since it’s the light cream color, that’s disappointing. Overall happy with the cup and it is leak proof! But just note that the cups scratches easily apparently.”
“It actually doesn’t spill! And the straw can be set for both left and right handed people. I don’t have to worry about it leaking when tossing it in my bag. I got the Honeydew color and it is not as bright in person as the website picture which I really like. I love it!”

The standard jugs are great for a day out when its not to hot. The stainless jug is my favorite and the built in straw makes it so easy to drink from.
The shkr is great and works really well. I lile that it comes with 2 lids and sometime we just use it as a cup with straw.
The traveler is my all time favorite. Fits in every cupholder i have tried and keeps things cold for a long time. The best part, it doesnt leak!

“The product itself is wonderful. I love how it looks and performs. The shipping however is horrible it took almost 3.5 weeks to get it! And the customer service is non existent. Noone answers emails or their phone when trying to get a status update.
