“I ordered 3 jugs for black Friday. I was never told the jugs would ship out once the pre-ordered jug shipped. Okay so after I was advised of that, one of my jug orders was cancelled. The hot pink one, the one I really wanted. No follow-up as to why it was cancelled. I had one of the first orders and I feel like others gor their hot pink jug, but I did not. Extremely disappointed with hydrojug. My jugs were delivered January 23,2024 after being ordered on Nove 27, 2023.”
“Placed my order on January 8, and today is now the 24th. I haven't received my product, but you sent me an email to review the product. If I could, I'd love to. But unfortunately, I'm still waiting. Maybe I can update update it once the Tumbler arrives.”

“I love the product but I’m very disappointed in the shipping and lack of communication. I had an item that I had ordered back in November and it was told to me through an email that I would be receiving beginning of January and then weeks later they refunded my item without even telling me why until I contacted the company. Moving forward at least an email would have worked before you refunded my item. I’m now waiting on another order that I put in over 10 business days. I feel that your shipping needs to be a little faster, 10 plus business days is unacceptable in my eyes.”
“Second time round and still it received my order. First time I chased customer support. They said there hasn’t been any update from the parcel company so they will send another order. Same thing. I ordered this starting December as a Christmas gift. Still not received. Hydro still have taken my payment.”

“It was 100% built for moms and people on the go! I have recently donated majority of my other tumblers and now have two hydro jug tumblers and of course the original “jug”. I love that I can throw that in my bag and not have it spill while I’m traveling or I don’t have to worry about an extra thing in my hand to carry!
