“Friendly, approachable and excellent service. I loved the parcel of brown paper and string: that took me back and made even the experience of opening the parcel special! It got even better: the items inside were well packaged and there was a hand written note inside. Now that's my sort of customer service! Thank you.”

“A great shop with some lovely original hand crafted jewellery. Yes they are a bit more expensive than standard machine made items but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth a look for a special present or a treat for yourself. And it's not just about jewellery, there are a variety of other hand crafted things in the shop. What's more your purchases are tenderly wrapped, they can be gift wrapped if you wish, and the staff are very friendly and polite. A treasure in the middle of Malvern.”

“My all-time favourite shop, selling such a wonderful range of beautiful handcrafted things! I'm never stuck for somewhere to go for a special gift. My latest purchases which arrived today are gorgeous and, as always, were brilliantly packaged and sent very quickly. Thank you for your excellent, friendly customer service.”

“Wow! Thank you iapetus- what a treat to be invited to the Secret Sale- really chased away the January Blues! I was able to buy a beautiful dandelion clock lamp by Hannah Nunn. It looks so beautiful and casts a warm glow in our sitting room. I love my unique lamp and I love iapetus! Thank you”
