“I was delighted with my butter bell. It was even better in reality than on the website, which is always a pleasant surprise. Not only that, but the packaging was superb and Iapetus even enclosed a friendly note. I would very happily buy from them again.”

“Thank you for rescuing me from 'lost present dilemma'.. Bought early, hid the gift, forgotten where I put it and at the last minute you salvaged the situation. Replacement arrived beautifully wrapped in time for Xmas - as did everything else I bought. You really are my all time favourite shop - straight to top of the charts. And even better - everyone LOVED their presents. Thank you.”

“Very good service. The only one thing is that my Nick Hubbard earrings are really different from the pictures showed on the site. They re much tiny and are not the same color. I like them so i am happy but be careful to the scale items.”

“The coat I received was slightly too small. I sent it back and received a replacement in just a few days. It was beautifully packaged, they reimbursed my postage for the return and communicated promptly with me via email. The coat is beautiful & I am delighted with it.”

“I discovered this super little shop on a recent business trip to Worcester. Perfectly located in the historic 'Shambles' pedestrian area, the imaginative Christmas window invited a closer inspection inside. Avoca Mills scarves, stunning ceramics and possibly the best collection of contemporary craft jewellery I have seen anywhere in the UK. I purchased Carol James and Fi Mehra bangles from the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A further order by website and a size adjustment were all dealt with in an absolutely 'no problem' manner. Well packed and speedy delivery service too. If you are visiting Worcester and are interested in the very best of British and Irish craft design - do check out this store. Great website if you can't! Well done Iapetus!”
