“The picture itself is great, but the product arrived somewhat damaged. The corner protectors were put on so tight as to leave impressions on the face of the canvas on all four corners. I emailed customer service who told me it was damaged in transit (which isn't completely accurate, as the corners were too tight during packing, having nothing to do with how it was transported). The emailed instructions on how to try and fix it, which didn't work. They said to continue to contact them for further help. I understand that, but I would rather not have to keep contacting them regarding a damaged product I paid money for...that's not my job, and I have way too many other issues to deal with other than spending time trying to correct their mistake.”

“Delivery and payment system went perfectly. The painting was not quite what I wanted. I wanted the subject to be children playing and having fun which it was but it looks slightly washed out and dull. Other pictures we`ve purchased have much more vibrant colors. An increased selection of artists portraying children playing and having fun with vibrant colors playing hockey, baseball, tobogganing, skating etc would be an improvement.”

“Ordered two pictures one month prior to their 55% of sale and they where one penny more than when they where on sale. I believe they are not honest about their prices.”

“First of all, the picture was really nice, but the shipping was really expensive, but we purchased it anyway. When we got it, the frame was all scratched and worn. The picture looked great. Very disappointing, considering the cost. They sent us a new one - better frame, lousy picture - over exposed picture. POOR QUALITY CONTROL!!! Would not order from them again.”

“I love the print but the corner of the canvas is caved in a bit next to the lower right hand corner. Also, there's a print defect. The print has a white vertical line running from the lower right corner up through the picture to the top. It's light but I noticed it right away. For $50 I did expect more but since I love the unique picture and desperately needed decoration for my office, I kept it. I'm not sure If I will order from this company again.”

“The first one that came was in good condition it was warped but I was able to bend it's back into shape. There's nothing I can do to fix the second one. The canvas was stretched over it crooked and you can see that on the side. That makes it limited to where I can put that one because of the white streak on one side”

“Love I canvas but some of the craftsmanship has been sloppy lately. Customer service has been very good in taking care of the issue. Just would like to count on superior product the first time around.”

“The bottom right corner was not stretched or folded over the wood frame correctly so the picture had two slight buckles and looks like the canvas is wavy.”

“Pros; The order came very quickly. It's cheep Cons: Canvas is not stretched as tight as it could be, it's somewhat loose. The colors are dull, not as bright and vibrant. I guess you get what you pay for. This is cheep work so I got what I paid for.”

“I received 5 pieces and one was defective. I sent an email with a picture a week ago and haven't heard back at all. The other ones were nice but for the price tag I wouldn't use this company again because of lack of customer service.”

“The price was fine. The delivery was fine. But, the print arrived with a large bow in the bottom frame of the print. I tried to relieve the bow in the frame as instructed but, I was unsuccessful. So, I hung it "as is", only because I didn't want to go through the hassle of a return, and that the area I hung the print, the bow cannot be seen. That is NOT to say the bow is still not there. Had I planned on hanging the print elsewhere, or purchased the print as a gift for another, I would have insisted on a new print.”

“First the painting was delivered earlier than I had requested. I was able to find a neighbor to bring it in for me. Secondly, the canvas is not pulled on its frame tight enough and there are wrinkles. Not as happy with the canvas as I had hoped to be. But it was acceptable and I have hung it.”

“I was able to purchase an item with my 60 percent off code. Obviously since it was cheaper I went a little bigger with my image. I do feel if it's not a custom personal image size should not effect quality of your artwork. It does feel like they took an image and just made it larger because some of the parts up close look distorted and not sharp. I am by no means disappointed with my purchase but I would've been if I didn't have that coupon code. Packaging shipping and everything else was just fine.”

“The canvas was wrinkled on the corner. Noticeable if up close, not so much far away. I’m not happy with that but also, not interested in the hassle of shipping it back.”
