“the way my complaint was delt with was good and there was no argument over a replacement. however the replacement also had a small fault which took me about 15 min to fix. where the captive nut had been welded to the main tube it had spilled over and would not let the bace plate fit. i had to file it down and then repaint it to stop it going rusty. eric barker”

“I bought a light shade and a mini sun light bulb. The light shade was lovely but the light bulb didn't work. The light bulb was replaced within days and I will be ordering from iconiclights again. Customer service very good.”

“Poor communication goods never arrived when chased told it would take 3/4 days to arrive even though paid next day! Didnt receive tracker number then chased again told goods damaged so wouldn't arrive ad no more in stock. Only good point was quick refund . Won't deal again”

“Great selection of lights at very good prices. We ordered a few items and considering the price, I was weary of getting "cheap looking" lights fittings. That was not the case. Unfortunately, a pair of ceiling pendants were not suitable for our home, we emailed iconic lights who arranged for collection and then recredited our account promptly. Would buy from them again.”

“Awesome fan lights look great in my bar and quick delivery, please note that the floor to fan distance has to be the legal distance or a qualified electrician will not install, i was lucky but only just !”
