“We haven't fitted the lights as yet but they certainly looked as described on the website.”

“I have given a 4 for the delivery and packaging. It is not opened yet as it is a gift for September. I will update then but feel sure it will be what I expected.”

“Bought a beautiful fire pit. However it was very poorly packaged. Cardboard box was badly broken, polystyrene packaging smashed and several parts of the fire pit bent. Husband can repair but if it had been packaged properly it would have been perfect.”

“Love the light it's lovely but never got a email to say it was going to be delivered that the only fault”

“The product was very good in terms of quality and cost but the packaging was not environmentally friendly, using polystyrene which has a horrendous environmental impact, and currently cannot be recycled so ends up in landfill.”

“Ordered the light and it was well packed and delivered on time. No fuss”

“Took a bit of time to put them together but was fairly straight forward in the end. They look exactly how they should and with a bright bulb disperses light well.”

“Quick deliver, my only gripe was no email confirmation of order of despatch and ended up calling to confirm that the order had been received and was being sent. Not sure though if it was how I made the order as done through a Facebook advert rather than direct on the website”

“Great lamp for the price looks a lot more expensive. Bit fiddly to put together though. Super fast delivery.”

“Great lights but Hermes delivery was a letdown. Throwing box of 12 bulbs over 6ft gate was not great. Bulbs still worked but complaining to Hermes no point. Other than that would order again”
