“Good value as the floor lamp I purchased I had seen on other sites for a lot more. I had it delivered the next day.”

“I am overall happy with my purchase but when I received the item I found the locking screw broken and the tool useless I contacted you and you very kindly resent me new locking screws but I am still unable to lock the shade to the lamp as I require a new tool”

“The light looks great in my lounge and the colour of the shades is true to the photo. Sadly the recommended bulbs hung below the shades and are too bright for the room and so I have had to buy replacements.”

“Brilliant light. Shame they didn't supply a bulb or information about which bulb to use. Be warned that the base is very heavy and delivery people will just deliver it. you need to manoeuvre the lamp into position”

“Really pleased with the lampshade. Product very reasonably priced and stylish for the money. Would look here first for lighting next time. Not Icocniclights fault that Hermes delivery is a real pain as they do not put contact details on advice slips to rearrange delivery. I don't usually shop with suppliers that use Hermes or Yodel as they are difficult to deal with when you are working full time.”
