“The lights are fantastic-really brilliant quality for the price. My only issue was that I ordered them on a Tuesday after midday, paid next day deliver knowing I'd get them on Thursday when I was at home. The lights didn't arrived. I contacted customer services and the email replies I received were slightly rude as there was no apology or acknowledgement for the delay. I had to ask for a refund for the delivery cost which I have been given but again no acknowledgment that there was a problem-I felt a bit like it was my fault rather than an error. I totally accept delays/issues arise but a simple 'we apologise for any inconvenience' would have been appreciated.”

“Very quick service, product arrived well packed so no danger of damage. My shade was self assembly ( I hadn't realised this) which was easy to do. Overall very pleased and would use this company again.”

“I ordered 2 metal pendant lamps in different colours which arrived quickly. Unfortunately the blue one was the wrong shade of blue. This was dealt with professionally and the replacement was sent out quickly - they also collected the original one which was great. They are both up and hanging now and look fab!”

“Love the lights, especially the colour! You do have to assemble the lights as they come flat packed. But for the price, the quality is fantastic! Prompt delievery and great communication. Would definitely use company again! Happy customer ????”

“These lights are just what I was looking for; stylish table lamps with an E27 fixture. The quality is good and they are well made. I opted for the black finish which in the flesh is more matte than the gloss look in the pictures. My only small complaint is that despite being an E27 fixture there isn't quite enough room to fit a full size bulb (I wanted to use a Philips Hue) when you attach the top half of the shade. In order to make it fit I needed to add an extra collar ring so as I could adjust the height of the shade slightly. Apart from that, I'm pleased.”

“Brilliant service products were what I expected at good prices Wanted to say very but I wanted a screw bulb but got a bayonet (it could have been my fault on ordering ) If that's the case should be very good”

“In the end I did not actually purchase an item from Iconic Lights as after I had placed the order I discovered the weight of the item meant it was unsuitable. I therefore cancelled the order and am currently awaiting a refund to my Credit Card. I suggested to them that they put the weight of the item in a more prominent position to save others making the same mistake. Their Customer Service was very good”

“The parcel arrived very quickly after ordering, but I would have liked an email to advise me of its dispatch and tracking information, so that I knew when to expect it. I am pleased with the appearance of the lamp with certain provisos. I was expecting the lamp to provide all round lighting, but most of the light goes downwards rather than upwards. Therefore it would be better if it were 10-20 cm taller. I found it rather fiddly to assemble the middle section of the shade. It should be secured in place with 3 tiny screws, but when tightening the third one the shade popped out and would not sit flat on top of its frame. I tried loosening all of the screws several times and starting again, but eventually gave up so it is not secured properly. The instructions are poor and difficult to read, but fortunately the assembly was fairly intuitive.”

“I love the lamp, I have recieved. It looks like the pitcure and works perfectly. One complain I have is that the top circle of the glass was not cut with due care and the ages are not smooth. But it doen't show feom most engle and I will have to remember not to touch it”

“Purchased two lighting fixtures from Iconic Lighting. I had to contact them for couple of things and staff was really helpful. The delivery of the product arrived next day. I would have given them higher score if their website purchase first time around worked properly. Their sage system charged me first without placing the order and I had to get it refunded and place the order again. Refund was done promptly and staff was very helpful. Order placement worked fine second time around.”
