“Easy to use website and a straightforward purchase process. Light is great, exactly what we were after. Was packed well and despatched swiftly. Unfortunately, Yodel is used for deliveries which was, as always, a painful experience involving non-existent deliveries and hassle. Would happily shop here again, but not if they continue to use Yodel.”

“I ordered an outside light on the 28th Dec'14 and it was delivered 31st Dec. The light was fine but I had ordered the wrong one!!! Re-ordered an outside light (with a PIR) on the 1st Jan'15 and that one was delivered on 3rd Jan. The second light has been installed outside and is doing the job for which it was bought. I have bought similar lights for the garden previously and am aware that after a while the 'white' plastic light shade discolours but as it is in the garden I don't have a problem with that. I've had no reason to contact the company but the delivery service was Excellent - thank you.”

“Light was delivered earlier than expected and left with an neighbour ( which was great). It was easy to erect , sturdy and looked great in the room.”

“The light came fast and was just what we wanted. Two small problems: 1) there was a fault (a small hole) in the casting but this will not affect the performance or the look of the light, 2) The light is to be attached to a tall pole in the garden but comes comes with a bonded indoor three pin electric plug. We will have to remove it and fit a waterproof equivalent. Overall - very good value”

“Pretty good website with plenty of information. Reasonably quick delivery. Unfortunately the light bulb I ordered with the lamp turned out to be out of stock [fine], but I wasn't given the opportunity to select an alternative, which would have got it up and running on the day it arrived. Build quality and detailing on the lamp is reasonable for the cost. It seems pretty sturdy thus far.”

“The first item I ordered turned up damaged but customer services were very goo about organising collection and a replacement. Unfortunately this too was damaged so had to go back. Thankfully customer services go a third item out quickly and this was ok. So service good but packaging could do with improving.”
