“I was very pleased with the speedy delivery, and I like the lamp. Unfortunately, it arrived with a small dent in the bulb holder, but it was not bad enough to warrant returning it.”

“Excellent service.Light fitting design exactly what we were looking for. However fitting was difficult to assemble and the top plate did not fit well on the base and the two kept falling apart. Luckily we had some washers which filled the gap and the light is now in place.”

“It looks a bit flimsy, but other than that it is as advertized. One of the legs arrived broken but after contacting customer service, they sent me a replacement part right away. Happy customer.”

“Best money I have spent , although I think that the bubbles are a bit fast and it's quite noisy my nine year old who never got to sleep much before 11.30 is know generally asleep by 8.30/9 so result as far as I'm concerned.”

“Very reasonably priced G9 lightbulbs, and despatched quickly. I have only one negative feedback, which was the choice of Yodel as the delivery company. For a £10 purchase that fits into a slim envelope, it shouldn't be necessary to go through the missed delivery nightmare (they require a signature). Yodel are the least good of the delivery companies - they don't give you an estimate of time, and they won't accept instructions to leave in a safe place. I had to stay in while they attempted a second delivery, which removed the convenience benefit of the online order. Very happy to have received my bulbs in the post, with Royal Mail. Otherwise, great.”

“recieved in good condition, very well packaged,some minor assembly that i was not expecting as the parts are quite fiddly,with two wire securing clips missing,although not a problem as my husband had some acceptable wire in his workshop..ok..”

“Very pleased with purchase, the light is very bright and very sturdy construction. The only downside is the top is not a flexible as I would have liked. Overall I am happy with the light and would definitely recommend Iconic Lights to others.”
