The scooter is perfect for both adults and kids. The tires make the roads feel smooth and I had no problem over sizable cracks in the roads. The scooter's brakes are just as equally amazing and as a result I feel safer riding this scooter over other brands of scooters. If you're on the fence I would highly recommend you buy this scooter as the product is just really well constructed and it looks sleek and cool. I look forward to buying more products from this company in the future, meanwhile I will be enjoying this amazing scooter. Been using this scooter for nearly a week and I have to say its made my daily commute more fun and gets me to my destination much faster than simply walking, nit to mention it feels so smooth on different textures of the land.

I ordered a hoverboard for my child's christmas present. I arrived on time. However, when it was opened up on Christmas morning it did not work. I Contacted iHoverboard immediately. After a few emails they sent me a return label to return the hoverboard to them for a full refund. I returned this, following their returns procedure, on the the 4th January. I have contacted them by email again on the 4th Feb, but have had no response and no refund. Out of pocket by £154.99. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM = "100% money back guarantee" is just words on a website, not a commitment to their customers.

Bought an electric scooter from ihoverboard but they sent me one that was used. The package had already been opened and the scooter had scratches on it and dirt. This is not as advertised. However after a few attepmts to contact ihoverboard there has been no response and they don't have a contact telphone number. I'm very dissapointed with the service from this company and the quality of the product.

I returned a hoverboard to this company on 15th January and am still trying to get my money back on 6th February. I raised a dispute with PayPal but due to the return address not matching the company's registered address they denied the claim. It is almost impossible to contact this company, they rarely answer the phone, they are NOT based in the UK as their website, telephone number and address implies. I would like very much to have my money back please iHoverboard but more to the point I want to prevent this experience for all other innocent shoppers!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Your false contact details on your site need to be updated with onez which you can actually fet a correspondence through, your promise of online 24/7 is a joke, no one is ever online, my daughter got 2 days of usage out of tje board we purchased 2 weeks ago, you say you keep 14 day money back an after that can ve held responsible but you can be contacted si how are you supposed to get the return sorted if you WONT ANSWER PHOBE OR EMAIL, absolutley disgusting customer service absolutely useless product, do not buy from ihoverboard, would be better with a tray with wheels on it as you would really be endangering your childrens lives, do not reply to this post ihoverboard asking me if i have tried to contact yiu through your email channels as tje answer i can already give is MULTIPLE TIMES, WHAT ARE YIU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?????

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THE RETURN ADDRESS GIVEN IS A WAREHOUSE IN BIRMINGHAM WHICH IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COMPANY. THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA AND NOT THE UK, AND IF YOU HAVE PAID VIA PAYPAL YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE NOT SENT THE PRODUCT BACK TO CHINA SO YOU END UP WITH NO PRODUCT AND NO MONEY AND PAYPAL ENDORSE THIS COMPLETE DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

AVOID this company like the plague !!! sold me a hoverboard which came days late, whatever i can deal with that, but after not even being used for half an hour it was broken ! and the company REFUSE to have any correspondence with me i have emailed them SO MANY TIMES and nobody !!! has ever replied ! this has been going on since the 27th of november so all in all you get what you pay for if it seems to good to be true it usually is !!! all they do is take your money and sell dodgy merchandise! and to add insult to injury i left a review a few weeks ago and was told to email them, guess what no reponse again ! customer service is absolutely DISGUSTING ! no doubt they will reply to this review telling me to email but they will never respond so you have been warned spend your money VERY wisely with this company !!

This company sells a really awesome Hoverboard! It's pretty heavy, but it's a great quality and the speaker is nice and loud! The battery stays charged for a long time! We had it for 4 days and never had to charge until the 5th day. Again, it's pretty heavy if you need to Carry it anywhere.

I can't believe how the price has dropped on these things. I am glad, since I finally was able to buy one for myself. The quality is good and it does balance well. I did fall a couple times, but that was to be expected. After about 2 hours (in between charging it for an hour) of playing with it, I was able to ride for 15 minutes without falling down. It is easy to connect via bluetooth with the phone and listen to the music. Sound is good.

Very impressed with this present. I got it for my son's birthday earlier this week. He well ahead the minimum 20 kg weight (top is 100 kg) and he has not been off the machine since. The tires are like a motorcycle type tires. This device is heavy, which is great as that is supposed to hold weight and in good balance. Designed to level surfaces. I like that the top speed is no more than 7 mph (10 kmh) because kids can orderdo it. I am making my son wear a helmet (a bicycle one). I love the lights and how easy he balances in it.

Very great buy! Bought it for my 8 year old daughter and she LOVES it, rides it everyday and had became a pro riding it in a day. It's not too fast, only about 6 1/2mph. Definitely not a toy for younger children cause it will take off on you if you're not careful. Can be dangerous just like any other riding toy, but if you plan on buying it you will be very satisfied.

I bought what I thought was going to be a ‘Hummer’8.5” board, it worked for less than 30 minutes. I emailed the company straight away on Christmas day, but they didn’t respond back to me till after 30 days of purchase. I must of emailed them at least 7 times, and several phone calls. They eventually sent me the information to post it back to them (I now know that they are based in China) so for the last month they have both my board and my money. They have refused to refund me and actually suggested that I pay half price again for a new board!! I will contact trading standards. Their boards are not fit for purpose and the customer service is apauling. I wish that I had seen this sight earlier. Don’t buy from here.

Please please do NOT purchase this one. Not working at all. You will waste your time and money. I bought this iHoverboard for my son's xmas present. However, it did not working at all. I emailed them several times but they did not reply. So I speak to them, was told it is a battery problem. and then sent to me return label. I finally got a repacement but it has same problem. My son was really upset. Terrible thing begins from here. They never give me my money back. Just say like, only can do half refund. this is really terrible. From the first contact until now, it takes over a month. So please please do not buy these items.

Hover board and cart isn’t working properly and it took off without anyone on it and it broke the straps of the cart before we could use it!! Tried several time to contact the company left voice mail messages and emailed them and I reply and this image been ongoing since Boxing Day which is 26th Dec 2018 still nothing from them!!!

Bought the board without issue. Bluetooth stopped working after 2 days. 27.12.18. I have been emailing and phoning the company regularly ever since and to date 21.01.19 I have not received a reply.
