“I love this place! Its very clean and the staff is great they make you feel like family as soon as you walk into the door. I have been going since June and I have so much more energy, I consider this my "ME" time I think its a perfect opportunity for moms to get a break.. If you consider burning 1000 an hour a break.”

“When I started IloveKickboxing, I feel like it was the best investment ever. With me having "Tendentious" in both knees and I thought my knees were going to get worse, but actually, they've gotten better. Ilovekickiboing staff has "Modified" workouts that are as effective as the ones, that others with good knees can do as well. When I started Kickboxing, the first month I lost 7 lbs in 1 month and that's when I knew I made the right decision. The staff in Columbus, GA is great, we're family and I wouldn't trade them for nothing. Thank You, Ilovekickboxing Columbus, GA, you have really change my life and the way "EAT" into a positive direction!!! Much Love, Leighann B.”

“Absolutely LOVE this place! This is the BEST total body workout I have ever experienced. The staff is amazing and so knowledgeable. It’s always super clean, super friendly, and so welcoming! Definitely worth every dime!”

“Working out in the gym did NOT cut it for me, I was looking for a fun, motivating way to lose weight and get in the best shape I can. Ilkb had me hooked from the first day and now I can't imagine not kickboxing. The staff is so awesome and I felt so comfortable! 100% recommend ilkb!”

“I had tried so many different ways to get fit. I joined a gym, I tried downloading workout apps, I tried working out on my own at home, etc. but none of those had been as effective as joining ILKB. The staff is amazing, the people are friendly it just motivates you to keep going back. The workouts are fun especially the bag drills!! I feel accomplished, happier, and so much stronger after each and every class. The different challenges keep you on track and help you get to your fitness goals. I absolutely love it!!”

“From the moment my first class finished I was hooked! The bumping music, the awesome knowledge of the friendly instructors, the encouragement of my fellow classmates, and most important the sweat dripping from my brow! This is one of the best workouts I have had in a long while, and I have played competitive sports for decades now. These classes are empowering, and make me feel like strong, like I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. I can’t say enough about how much I love my ILKB gym in Federal Way, and how happy I am to have found it!”

“ilovekickboxing is one of the best workout classes I’ve ever taken! I signed up at the Gig Harbor location and they did not disappoint! I needed a workout to push me harder than I push myself, and this was the perfect thing for that! The staff has been so helpful and friendly. Brooke and Nelson really know how to keep you motivated while kicking your butt! I highly recommend trying it out!”

“I highly recommend that you give ilovekickboxing Warminster PA location a try. I love being a part of such a supportive fitness community. Classes are dynamic, instructors push us to challenge ourselves, and the music is upbeat and motivating. We have tons of fun!”

“I love kick boxing dix hills has CHANGED the way i look at workouts!!!!! I am usually such a gym hopper and get bored really fast but i have been coming to ilkb for a little over a month now and it is something i am genuinely excited for each day. that truly says alot for me!!!! So so worth it!”

“I have just joined the studio after my first class! I was so amazed by the support, motivation, cleanliness and upbeat atmosphere from everyone I had to sign up right away! I signed up for a full year! All of the instructors are right there for any support if needed and the workouts leave you feeling energized and ready for the day! I am usually not a person to venture into something new by myself. I am so glad I did because I immediately felt welcomed and so excited to become part of the amazing group of people that are there! I highly recommend anyone to try kickboxing at ilovekickboxing!!!!”

“I just joined the Lynnwood, WA location! I was skeptical at first... Mostly because it is a bit pricey. But the facilities are clean, the bathroom is well-stocked with important necessities like hair-ties, face wipes, etc. The trainers are AWESOME. The workouts get switched up every day, so it doesn't get boring. You feel horribly sore the first day, but after that your body begins to adjust. What I can appreciate at this gym is the fact that you're actively working out -- as in, you're actively striving to get better because you can feel your body getting used to it. Whereas anyone can go to the gym, hop on a treadmill, and just walk mindlessly. At ILKB, you're focused on what you're doing and that makes the workout meaningful. If that means something to you, then I would highly recommend ILKB.”

“Prior to joining iLoveKickboxing in Spring, Texas, I was exercising from the comfort of my home, had reached a plateau and was bored. Since discovering and joining this team of warrior coaches, they turbo kicked my butt into a higher gear, I am having a blast, am held accountable, motivated, and am achieving a higher level of overall fitness level.”
