“It's rare to find a workout that you truly look forward to but thanks to ilovekickboxing, I have found the fit fun I was looking for. Not only is the workout enjoyable, the facility is nice and clean. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. Everytime I walk in the door, I feel like I'm part of the group. The best part is the encouragement. High fives all around. Join in the work out, and you'll be high fived as well.”

“The ilovekickboxing Federal Way, Wa location has such great instructors that keep you motivated throughout your whole workout! I'm often at Erika's afternoon/night classes and having her as an instructor is so much fun! She knows how to motivate you to kick yourself up an extra knot on your workout!”

“I had a fantastic experience at I love kickboxing in Chantilly, VA. Upon arrival, I was welcomed into the gym and given a tour. The instructors were very friendly and showed me how to correctly do each of the different moves. The warm-up was the hardest part, but the instructors made it fun and kept it doable by having short intervals and encouraging us to only do what we could. The atmosphere in general is very positive and fun. I never felt intimidated or out of place. The facility is clean and has lockers, just bring your own lock. Definitely give it a try! You won't regret it.”

“After a lovely dinner at outback in the Randolph plaza me and my friend were leaving and we happen to notice I love kickboxing right next-door at first it was just something that we were going to do for month just to get in shape for my birthday and I swore up-and-down that I was only going to take two classes per week and that I wasn’t going to get a membership but After my first class with Heather it was the most amazing experience ever, I take classes every day, and then shutters encourage you so much and I don’t think that I could ever sign up for a gym membership ever again”

“iLoveKickboxing Bellmore is a great workout and so much fun! All of the instructors are amazing! They are patient and motivating, while letting you go at your own pace. I feel stronger already, and ILKB is a great stress reliever for me. I highly recommend ILKB Bellmore.”

“iLoveKickboxing in Federal Way, Washington, is a wonderful place to get a great work out! The staff are welcoming and accommodating and push you to want to do you best. I would highly recommend this location to people of any fitness level. Staff and the people working out are friendly and helpful to everyone who comes in to give it a try. I had been wanting to try for years and am so glad I did. :)”

“ILKB Gonzales is great! It is a different workout from just going to the gym all the time. I like to go to one or two classes a week to add in that extra hard workout to my weight sessions. The staff is great!”

“So far so good! I have only been to two classes so far, but I've already signed up for a class pass. I was so sore after day one that I know I will be seeing results soon. Tas was great getting me signed up, and my personal trainer helped me out a lot during my first session. Everyone is very friendly & welcoming, and I'm excited to be a part of the community!”
