“ILKB-Lakeland, Florida. This is an amazing studio/gym/party central to get your sweat on! It’s one hour of butt kicking, sweaty fun. This is so much more than a gym that you randomly walk around in and not have a clue what to do, NO! The trainers are there to get you moving, motivated and get you in shape. This brand new facility is clean, easy to park at and the team there is simply amazing! Stop reading and go sign up with them. Now… really. Your bod will thank you later.”

“Where do I begin!!! This place is so awesome. I started trying to lose weight just by changing eating habits and got from 220 to 190. I hit a stall and decided to try adding exercise. Let’s face it sometimes gyms are boring and can be discouraging. On a whim I signed up for ILKB and I have not looked back since. All the staff give me the push I need and motivate me to keep going. Most of all I’ve lost 20lbs since going and I started in December. What I love most about ILKB is that your goals become the staffs goals and they help you achieve them. Plus the level of personalization! They know my name, parts of my life and my weak spots. If you haven’t tried a class do so now, you won’t regret it.”

“ILKB - Lakeland is awesome!! The instructors are amazing, they always have a ton of energy and give me just what I need to get a great workout!! The workouts are killer and always a bit different everyday so you don’t get bored! I love it, I would go every day if my schedule permitted!!!!”

“For my birthday, I received 4 free kickboxing classes and free gloves at ilovekickboxing in Poway. I wasn’t sure at first if this would be the kind of workout for me but I was pleasantly surprised. I love it so much I ended up signing up for a year membership almost immediately. I was most impressed with the instructors. They are so friendly and committed to help you meeting your fitness goals. They have fun raffles, DJ nights, contests, etc...that help motivate you and make working out really fun. I’ve met some amazing fellow kickboxers too because you can see that they love working out at ilovekickboxing Poway just as much as I do. If you’re looking for a place that provides a fun full body workout that is geared toward helping you meet your fitness goals this is the place for you!”

“ILoveKickboxing Lakeland is amazing! From the moment I stepped foot in the facility I was made to feel like family. The instructors are so inviting and full of positive energy. Not only is it a kick butt workout, it is so much fun! I highly recommend this studio and encourage everyone to try it! It will change your life for the best!!!!”

“One of the best decisions I’ve ever made when it comes to working out is joining the I Love Kickboxing family. Not only do I look forward to coming to classes but I try to plan my work schedule around kickboxing now so I can get to as many classes as possible. The coaches are really nice and always willing to help you and they Make the classes so energetic I hardly even realize an hour has gone by. I’ve only been kickboxing for about a month but I can already start to see small changes to my body. I definitely recommend I love kickboxing to anyone who wants to change there body and have fun doing it.”

“I finally found something that I can stick with to stay active. I’ve been with ILKB since February and I have yet to find a reason not to come back! I love that the workouts are different and different instructors are present each session. Everyone is super nice and encouraging and the plus is that I have FUN!! I truly can say that #iLoveKickBoxing!!”

“This place is awesome! I normally do not like to work out, but coming here is fun! The instructors are wonderful and very engaging and motivating and the workout itself is versatile enough that I don't get bored. And lets be honest, who doesn't have some pinned up aggression they want to take out on a bag!”

“This gym is by far one of the best I have been to. The building is clean and well maintained, the staff genuinely care about helping you reach your goals and the atmosphere is very uplifting. The workouts are so much fun and a great stress relief without actually realizing how hard you're working!”

“iLoveKickboxing Federal Way WA is a great place to get your sweat on. It is an intense workout that will push you to your limits. There is more than one instructor during the class so if you need a little help or direction, they can provide that. I had not worked out for 3 years, and was able to jump in and do this. No one judges your level of fitness, rather they are encouraging and supportive. I say give it a try!”

“I had always wanted to try kickboxing but never knew where I should start. I decided to try iLoveKickboxing and I am so glad I did! The coaches are so supportive, very energetic and super friendly! They help you learn the proper form for all the punches and kicks. I joined not too long ago and I can already see the results. I would highly recommend iLoveKickboxing for anyone who is looking for a fun and impactful full-body workout!”

“iLoveKickboxing has been the best decision of my life. I enjoy every minute of my workouts. The staff is always friendly and supportive. I was nervous at first, but the staff helps you throughout the workout giving you tips and tricks to get the best results. You can always count on a fun yet challenging workout in an upbeat environment that makes it impossible to not push yourself to the max.
