“This was my first experience trying kick boxing and the instructors made me feel very comfortable to the point where I felt confident enough to try all these new things that shocked my body. I felt exhausted but very proud after I finished working out. My wife’s experience with ILKB in Winter Park is the main reason why I wanted to give it a try. Ever since my wife started going, she’d come back happy after every class. I also have seen the transformation with her body where she has increased her strength and stamina. I’m very happy to have found a new work out home.”

“Life got you stressed? Give Ilovekickboxing in Winter Park a try!! I initially signed up for their promo, 3 classes for under $30 and fell in love with the studio, workout and amazing staff. The staff and members of ILoveKickboxing Winter Park are hands down some of the most amazing, genuine, and real people in the world. Everyone genuinely cares and wants to see each member succeed and achieve their fitness goals. If you're stuck in a rut or fitness plateau, give ILoveKickboxing a try! The promotion is great, 3 classes for less than $30 and an awesome pair of gloves. What more could you ask for!?!?”

“iLoveKickbxing Winter Park is AWESOME!! I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE WORKOUTS! I signed up for the webspecial and was hooked from the start and became a founding memeber. At first, I couldn't do much because I had spent too long being sedentary. But each class I am noticing I can do more and more. The staff is very helpful and encouraging. The gym is clean and neat. The members are all very friendly. It truly is like a family. I have never before been able to say that I look forward to working out, but I can honestly say that now that I have joined ILKB Winter Park. Plus....after only two months, I am already down 17 pounds!!”

“I'm a founding member at ILKB - Winter Park, FL. Joining this kickboxing studio is easily the best decision I have made for my health, mental and physical! The staff and facilities are top notch, and you will quickly become a part of the fitness family. The music is diverse (I've heard everything from Korn to Swedish House Mafia!) and specially picked to keep you MOVING! Class is always challenging, which means you are constantly improving your strength, stamina, and endurance. If you've been looking for a fun workout that will keep you coming back for more, this is the place to go!”

“I've been an ilovekickboxing Winter Park, FL member for 2 months now. Never in my life did I think I would spend my day looking forward to my class at the gym, but I do! While the format for each class stays the same, they mix up the exercises and bag rounds, so each class is new and exciting. The instructors are AMAZING! They are always giving helpful pointers and are there to provide encouragement whenever it's needed. I LOVE ilovekickboxing!”

“The studio in Federal Way is AMAZING!!! This is the most fun I've ever had working out! They have such an awesome vibe everyone is so nice! It always clean, ready to go for class and the instructors are energetic, helpful, and inspiring:). I'm so glad i joined the ilkb family in it for the long haul! Anyone looking to try something new and get in a good sweat should definitely come try it out!”

“So glad I joined ILoveKickboxing! The workouts are challenging, but fun. The classes are great for all skill levels, thanks to the awesome trainers! They are very helpful when it comes to improving your technique and keeping you motivated. I was also impressed with my first day experience. Sometimes going to a new gym or starting a new program can be intimidating if you don't know what to expect. They take the time to call you before your first class, and have you come in early the day of so they can show you around the gym and give you all the info you need. I look forward to these workouts and love that I can feel myself getting stronger!”
