“Of late I have purchased linen napkins, a tablecloth, and the beautiful Stevie Dress in Beige Gingham. The quality of the linen is exceptional and all packaging is intact as well as the delivery is pain-free. Thank you I Love Linen!”

“I ordered the mustard pillowcases on a whim to go with a new throw blanket I got for Christmas. I ended up ordering the matching sheet set, doona cover and 4 more pillow cases!! Once I felt the softness and the comfort of this linen, I became totally addicted! I have a pretty fabulous collection of linen bedding purchased from Provincial Home Living and Bedthreads. I thought I was sleeping on the best linen out there until I tried ilovelinen. I will say the first hugely noticeable difference is the softness and fluidity feel to this bedding. The softness makes you feel you are being hugged by your sheets and are beautiful in all temperatures. I also found the sizing to be perfect. I ordered the king size fitted sheet in 50cm depth as we have a deep sized king bed. Other companies provide a super king instead of a deep fit for a king. I couldn’t be happier with the fit of these! Now back to the actual pillowcases. I love how the pillow opening is in the centre back. The pillow slip fits beautifully and this linen addiction to ilovelinen actually led me on to buy the pillows. They are delicious! I am just so happy with my purchases. I have my eye on my next colour and set and can’t wait to get my hands on more of (all of🤣) tge ilovelinen collection.”

“I purchased a sheet, which was not the right colour for the room, followed the return policy and ended having it returned to me, they claimed I had wash it! What an absolute joke. Obviously I did not wash the sheet. It remained in a box until I sent it back, there’s no way it could of been washed or dirty for that matter. Pretty lousy way to treat a customer. So now I have to pay another postage fee to send the sheet back for the second time….. Very disappointing. I’d say poor customer service.”

“I am still waiting on an order placed on Jan 6. And for the order placed on December 31, was told a week later that the item I wanted was out of stock so I now have an incomplete set as that line went on sale and the alternative options also sold out. The products are great, but I’m very disappointed with recent customer service and communication.”

“Amazing products. Simple, elegant, considered. They are one of the more transparent bedding suppliers. They actually mention that yes the products are made in China. But the fabric itself is French quality linen. High quality and environmental. Forget “luxury” thread count bedding. This stuff is honest and high quality.”

“I’m delighted with the order & delivery process as well as the beautiful linen sheets. I’ve been wanting these for ages and, finally, decided to bite the bullet & get them. I still had to stretch the budget but am thankful to get them while on sale. I played it safe & bought white. Next time I plan to be a bit more adventurous & choose from those beautiful colours.”
