I purchased a sheet, which was not the right colour for the room, followed the return policy and ended having it returned to me, they claimed I had wash it! What an absolute joke. Obviously I did not wash the sheet. It remained in a box until I sent it back, there’s no way it could of been washed or dirty for that matter.
Pretty lousy way to treat a customer.
So now I have to pay another postage fee to send the sheet back for the second time…..
Very disappointing. I’d say poor customer service.
