“Customer service awesome, I had the wrong pillowcases sent and when I contacted them, they arranged to send the correct ones straight away without me having to wait and return the incorrect ones first. I also ordered the hotel cloud collection duvet and it was everything I wanted, light but fluffy and lovely and warm. The sheets I purchased are divine to sleep in and just get softer and softer. Great products.”

However, if you are looking for the perfect hotel pillow that is full and keeps your head off the mattress, these ones will be disappointing as you sink into them.”
