“I really hate having to leave a 2 star review but I was so excited to receive my new pillows, only to be very disappointed.. the fabric quality , packaging, pillow protectors were all excellent but instead of a beautifully supportive, full pillow they almost went flat when I used them .. unfortunately they fell way short of my beautiful 5 star hotel pillow expectations”

“I love linen has ripped me off - buy your sheets elsewhere. After purchasing a sheet set I Love Linen sent me the wrong product. They refuse to correct the mistake and send me the product I purchased - apparently because I’ve opened what they sent me. Absurd! I’ve been battling with their customer service about this for days and they’ve been dismissive and unwilling to correct their mistake. My experience of I Love Linen is a scam - buy something, get something completely different. So disappointed, all prior experiences with them have been fine.”

Hi Tom, Our sincerest apologies on what has happened here and I completely understand your position and frustration with the situation. We sent you the wrong item and that is something we absolutely should not have done and normal process is we would of course issue a free return to get that back to us and ship you the correct order ASAP. The issue that crept in was the fact that you opened and used the item that was incorrectly shipped to you, which again, I understand why as you needed bedding urgently for the weekend but this did add some confusion to the process with another approach being taken. At the end of the day, we take ownership for the issue of sending a wrong item and will make sure that at no charge to you we will get that sorted immediately. As you did say this is not a common scenario for us and your previous experience with our brand has been good so we are sorry and disappointed that our mistake has led to this situation. I hope this provides a little clarity to what has gone on and while it is not an excuse for what happened, I did feel it important to provide some explanation. Kind regards David General Manager

“Amazing quality and a variety of designs that can suit anyone. I have two sets from I Love Linen that I rotate between all year. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality that I find I don't need anymore sets besides these two. Also great that it's machine washable too (and very quick to dry), as I find my linen garments need to be hand washed.”

“I purchased the beige gingham/ clay quilt cover and matching pillow covers and I am SO in love with them! The quality is amazing and the print is so gorgeous. I love that I can change up my bedroom look by simply flipping my quilt to the clay colour. Quality bedding is so important to me and the fact that I love linen is all about sustainability, makes purchasing their products even more worthwhile. Can’t wait for my next purchase 😊”

“I love linen is the best! I have purchased 2 sheet sets. They arrived very promptly and were beautifully packaged. The sheets are buttery soft right from the first wash and are so nice to sleep in. The only hard thing is deciding what to buy as there are so many gorgeous colours to choose from and I want them all!”

“I came across ILL by accident. I’ve just moved house and was looking for some pillow slips for my room & my sons room. I loved the colour range I Love Linen presented. They remind me of the Australian bush & outback. I ordered the pillow cases online and had them delivered to my front door in the NSW Riverina within a week. Great, no fuss service. I’ve since ordered a doona cover for my sons room - the colours & the feel of the fabric help make a house a home. We’re very happy with our purchases.”
