I love linen has ripped me off - buy your sheets elsewhere.
After purchasing a sheet set I Love Linen sent me the wrong product. They refuse to correct the mistake and send me the product I purchased - apparently because I’ve opened what they sent me. Absurd!
I’ve been battling with their customer service about this for days and they’ve been dismissive and unwilling to correct their mistake.
My experience of I Love Linen is a scam - buy something, get something completely different. So disappointed, all prior experiences with them have been fine.
