“The quality of the linen / colours are great and I’ve bought several sets. But I don’t like the Returns policy that says if the string tie around your item is removed, then the return is void… EVEN if it is unused. (I mean we can return shoes, clothes even swimwear that we try on, but not a doona cover?) I accidentally bought the wrong size cover and only realised when my doona didn’t fit inside. I contacted ILL via their online portal twice to request an exception and never received a response.”

“If I could afford it I would buy new linen all the time - in part just to open the lovely parcel it is all packed in. My puppy is particularly taken with the gingham checked doona and looks very fetching stretched out on it when I catch him napping in the wrong space!”

“I tried linen bedsheets a few years ago and never looked back. I ordered my first set from I Love Linen and still do. Quality is great and service as well, eg I ordered the Marine Blue Stripe sheet set last Friday and got it today morning (Tuesday). Thank you:)”

“On a friend's recommendation i ordered the extra deep fitted sheet and it was way too big. Unused but couldn't return as I'd opened the package so read the fine lrint about returns policy. The quilt cover was missing a draw string so had to return for repair/replacement. Sheets are ok, in my opinion not as good as other brands like Sheridan. Overall wasn't good value in my personal experience.”

“I have bought several items from I love linen and I find I now cannot go back to any other sheets. I only use linen sheets, even on my guest bed. Wash well and are long lasting.”

“I can't tell you how much I love my Poet's tunic. I wear it over jeans, linen pants or leggings and it's comfortable in very hot weather (while protecting me from the sun) and in colder weather, keeping the chill off my arms. It's a gorgeous thing to wear - light, stylish, comfortable and perfect over swimmers at the beach too!”

“I do love the sheets and doona cover. But my bottom sheet wore holes very quickly. I’m not particularly hard on sheets. I’m. 5 foot tall 65 year old woman. I do wash them weekly but I was a bit disappointed. I don’t want this review printed ( obviously you wouldn’t want to) just thought I’d let you know. Maybe this was an old issue or just a one off. Anyway. Still a lovely company with lovely products. I darned the sheet, just like old times! Thank you”
