The quality of the linen / colours are great and I’ve bought several sets. But I don’t like the Returns policy that says if the string tie around your item is removed, then the return is void… EVEN if it is unused. (I mean we can return shoes, clothes even swimwear that we try on, but not a doona cover?) I accidentally bought the wrong size cover and only realised when my doona didn’t fit inside. I contacted ILL via their online portal twice to request an exception and never received a response.
