“I have fallen in love with everything I Love Linen. We went to Gerringong for a few days holiday and stayed at Dunoon Farmhouse. The linen and pillows were so comfortable that we pulled the bed apart to read the labels, then came home and started ordering. The cloud pillows are a dream. I ordered linen sheets and doona cover and am now changing all the linen in my 3 bedrooms to I Love Linen. I am so glad that we had that holiday because before that I had not heard of I Love Linen. By the way, now my friends have been ordering after my rave reviews to them.”

“I co-sleep with my baby and I noticed she was getting sweaty at night. I decided to invest in linen sheets and I’m never going to look back. The colours and feel are so gorgeous, two of my friends have just purchased their first linen after being mine. My baby is less sweaty at night, the linen wicks the humidity out of the summer air and helps us feel cool and fresh. And it’s given such a beautiful Boho feel to my bedroom, I ended up giving all my synthetic sheets away because I want to always feel as clean and calm and comfortable as I do when I look at my gorgeous bed 🥰 Considering how much time we spend in bed, and how long a good quality pair of sheets can last for, it’s completely worth the price”

“I have purchased doona covers, pillows, doonas and also the sheet sets. I find the quality is of very high standard. I especially love the striped prints and natural white colours. They wear really well and look amazing. I have been purchasing for over 8 years and will continue to buy.”

“I love the product, I love that I get to support a local business but I'm finding the current system really difficult to choose colours. The web is currently the only way to select colours at this point and they aren't quite what shows up. The swatches are available but the latest colours aren't available in the system to select which makes guessing how colours fit with your decor really difficult. I requested the opportunity to come by the warehouse and look more closely as I live locally. This was denied due to COVID which I completely understand but I'm still back to square one. I saw bed threads recently has a whole swatch sample pallette available where you can select their whole colour range! When you are encouraging people to have 3 sets of linen to prolong the life of your linen it makes this difficult to have a nice looking bedroom when you can't figure out what colours go with your existing set. First world problems I know, but I am very careful with investments and I want to have this for years and love my selection. Also, posting the box back locally will be expensive and it would be much more convenient to cut out Aus Post (the middle man) and drop off the parcel myself rather than wait in line at a Post Office - haven't been to one in years! Again I understand the need for safety during COVID but can there be any exceptions to this for a COVID safe exchange? I hope there could be an approach taken where we learnt to live with this virus in a COVID safe way that doesn't impact on customer experience or employee safety. Again, I love your product and love that I can support a beautiful local business. This just seems to be an ongoing issue for me every time I go to purchase and it's a pain point :(”

To explain a little further here, the swatches we have available on the website are the current full range of products in stock, the unavailable colors are 9/10 discontinued and no longer being restocked or are from limited-edition collections like the Holly Sanders print that are available only while stocks last. We are sorry to hear of your experience and are working on the best way to introduce a COVID safe policy for both our customers and staff. I can see Georgia reached out to you yesterday and offered to organize a full swatch ring for you to collect from our warehouse so we can turn your negative experience into a positive one. “I purchased the standard Queen sheet set in clay and I am really disappointed. I ordered the right size for my mattress (30cm deep fitted sheet) and it is way too loose and bunches up in the middle of the night. The sheets aren't as cool and comfortable for summer as I had imagined, especially considering all of the 5 star reviews. I have purchased my doona cover from here and love it, but the sheet sets are not comfortable or feel nice at all. Think carefully before purchasing as they are very expensive and cannot be returned. I'd rather spend $300 on good cotton ones”
