“The delivery person called 9 minutes ago and I returned the call and he refused to deliver the package as I hadn't seen the call. I begged him to deliver the package but he was rude and very arrogant. He simply stated that his shift ends in the afternoon and that he can't be certain if he could deliver within the day. Very poor attitude and lack of customer service and care.
I see the continuous ratings and reviews are a low single 1 star. Why can't you improve your services? It's a shame that you let down so many customers and don't care what people experience.”

“This company is not kosher, the orders are correct, and all my personal details are out there, when I want to "pay" I tried to track my order... can't open the app. I refuse to acknowledge them. I get a call advising me that the tax is due, I then do an electronic transfer and that's that.

“I am so disappointed at this imile whatsoever courier company. I paid for taxes and money was debited from my account. I called them and spoke to a lady called Charmaine. She sent me a blank email and asked me to forward proof of payment. I did send all the proof and it has been 7days with no response. I was advised via email that if I don't pay for taxes my order will be returned back. I am so heartbroken and I would not recommend anyone to ever use their services again. They are full of BS.”
