This is bad experience ever I have get in my life they are conected company with SHEIN first of they never can find adress system just not working good after costumer as service call me they confirm location and date for 28 and they call me again in 28 for confirm me date and tell me if we can we bring it today after they without my premission change date for 29 🙄 another level sheet is curier system they don’t have even small polite I ask curier wich office he take my order and office Wich time close and he tell me I can check it In goggle this company is ashame of dubai

1 star is generous. uncontactable via phone, emails aren’t answered, updates suggest delivery has been attempted twice and yet no knocks at the door and i was home the whole time, no letters left for collection… how is this company operating? it’s as if they are stealing everyone’s packages… i didn’t even have choice to choose who was delivering my package and now is it just $140 down the drain?

The worst company ever. Their delivery guys are so rude with the worst attitude ever. They don't deliver on time. When you talk to them, they hang up the phone. I suggested that no one deal with them.

I hate this company I don't know why shein is associating with them, I paid my tax for my order I think the best thing is to also report them to sars because they take our money yet the service is horrible 😒

Pathetic Experience.Items never delivered and not even attempted. They just bluntly Kept saying that the address does not exists and no phone was included. Wherein, they never attempted to call me or text me. Customer care dont even reply to the calls.Disgusted with the services.

My items came to my location but not wait without delivery take the items back with him and system showing your items delivered. Worst company. And Imile customer service sent mail that your parcel we sent back to seller. And the end my 700 dirham items stolen by Imile delivery person.

The worst courier I ever heard about. Paid my duty the 4th of September 2024. They send everyday whatsupp I did not pay. Tried to phone NO ANSWER. Send e-mails NO REPLAY. My parcel is still not delivered. If I want to pay again on the app it states PAYMENT PAID SUCCESSFULL. What now??????????

I am absolutely dusgusted that this company can get away with same message that most are recieving.. delivery has attempted failure.The main reason is due to insufficient address/phone number/no one at home when delivery etc. Of course there is no contact number and zero reply to emails. How stupid do you think Australians are, you clearly are stealing parcels. Wake up Shein. Go back to your previous carrier where there never was a issue. I will be contacting consumer affairs.

Everything . The 2 parcels were returned as driver stated incorrect address when it is the correct address and no other courier company has trouble finding my address. The driver did not even attempt to call me upon arrival. Or leave a note. Attempted to call iMile and no answer. Numerous emails no reply. Did the reschedule online no confirmation .I've list 2 parcels sender has no idea receiver has no idea and the courier is uncontactable Avoid using this company

Worst experience ever I called 5 times for 3 days they kept asking for location no one came . Delivery guys are sooo rude . Don't recommend

This is a shell company running a gig (non) delivery operation. Parcels are dumped, lost or stolen with no redress. The CEO of this operation is Luke Alfred Austin (DOB 26/5/1967) and his phone number is 0432 462 141. Their HQ is 11b 9-11 Ferndell St South Granville NSW 2142

Stupid delivery guy from this company. He put my package outside the front door right near the street so no wonder somebody stole it from me. Really stupid, unprofessional and low quality people they have. Really disappointed.

Really bad service, shein package cannot be traced, paid taxes (a lot) to iMile, but no way to contact them. Phone nr ,,, no answer e'mail no reply read all reviews where did our packages go, are the even legit, or are we all being scammed?????

Imile Al ain branch ur couriers are very incompetent every day the ask for location and don’t finally come to the location when you try to call them they don’t pick up they don’t even reply your messages since I have returned order no one has come to pick every day they ask my location but finally don’t come to pick up soo disgusting

The most inept, incompetent ‘delivery service’. They are liars, stating that a delivery was attempted when phone records reflect no calls and security camera footage shows nobody approached the house. They are thieves, eventually reporting packages as delivered when security camera footage shows no packages were delivered. Their level of incompetence is such that they are unable to find a house when provided a map to the EXACT location in WhatsApp. A carrier pigeon has more intelligence and ability than those that work for this company. They are aware of how awful they are, evidenced by never soliciting feedback, their refusal to put anything in writing and their non-existent customer service. If you call, it is impossible to speak with a person. If you email, the response is to call their customer service. Shady practices from a shady business. Save your money and hire a trained monkey instead - I guarantee you will have better results.

IMILE is the worst of the worst, made an order on TEMU they normally shipped with POSTE ITALIANE (Italian post) I usually receive it but if I don't I can always pick it up at the post office. With IMILE it's a disaster, 4 days they SAY they attempt the delivery but WRONG ADDRESS, the address is correct, and I have read many negative reviews complaining the same thing WRONG ADDRESS. There is no pickup point, the phone number provided to me by TEMU is an answering machine, that tells me not to leave a message because IT IS FULL, yeah sure FULL OF COMPLAINTS! To make a long story short never got my package. Now the tracking says DELIVERY ATTEMPT FINISHED! Now I have to wait until it returns to TEMU before I get a full refund, and what if it never goes back to TEMU? Horrible Horrible company!
