“The translation took more than 48 hours as promised and had several mistakes.”

“I wanted to give this website a very good rate but i need to be honest. They toke longer than they said they would even for just one page, and when i do send them a message to see where they are, they just never reply to me.”

“There were many errors that was done before it was done during the process. I have paid more for the work to be done early but it took a long time which made me miss my deadline and I was not happy about that”

“Even though they finally interpreted I had to email several times just to hear response, and when they interpreted simple 1 page birth certificate it happened late at night, I got email requesting to review and approve it. It had several errors and we had to go back and forward to have it corrected. I had to tell them that i’ll call credit card to cancel order and a few hours later got email, I wouldn’t recommend. There are other companies you can call and speak to a person during regular hours and they respond, follow up and do at lower price with great service.”

“I paid a high amount to receive urgently but it arrived nearly a week later. So I was unable to bring the certified copies and would not recommend for urgent needs.”

“We chose you because you had great rating, state that you are award winning translators and fast turnaround. Well I had to review my order 3 times until my 3 simple birth certificates and 1 militairy notice was translated. And there were errors I informed you about the first time! Error like wrong date format and copy and paste errors. My birthdate was wrong and my sons Name Jon was mis spelled! This was taken a lot of time from myself and took a week to complete! Onlything good about this experience was the price. I wonder where all the good reviews come from.”

“initial pricing was wrong... you came with a new word count and charging $50 more. Also, I have never received the translation hard copies, and I missed the deadline, although you charged me $20 for those hard copies. I wish I could be reimbursed.”

“The customer service was good but the translator was really bad. The documents look like having same content but infact they are different in dated and some part. The translator did not read through the document, he/she just copied and pasted. Not pro manner. Very disappointed.”

“Miss spelling..had to correct it twice! AND when I received the paper it's so small you can't even read it..I will be getting a refund..”

Hi Michaela, Thank you for your feedback. Our records indicate that the misspelling was of a name. Names can sometimes be tricky when translated into English, which is why we request that you provide the English spelling of names if possible. It doesn't look like you took advantage of that. Additionally, our records only indicate one correction was required, not two. I'm not sure why there was an issue with the size of the text on the paper copy. Our translations use a standard 12pt font which is typically very legible. Additionally, you approved the final translation that was mailed.
