“I had a Query regarding which way the plaque would stand... Displayed as verticle; we requested Horizontal ; via the Contact Number to hand. Although the Recipient's message service did not get 'Them' to verbally Respond. Our wishes were carried out Perfectly in the UK : Not across the 'Pond. In Addition, the Delivery time allotted was 2nd Feb ,, a Tad too late. HOWEVER We needn't have worried as Our Order arrived six days BEFORE that Date. The person to whom the Gift was Destined, stated : She 'Absolutely Loved it'! A Very Special & Unique Present, creating a Memory on Quality Kit! Thank You 👏”

“We received our 3D photo cube of our recently passed dog 'Murphy' The results were amazing and I was really suprised at the quality and detail of the etching. The photo does not do it justice, it is actually chrystal clear and not grainy. We bought a little led base that changes colour and it really enhances the portrait. It was delivered within a few days, much earlier than stated. I have attached the photo and the result Thanks”

“I’ve emailed several times, my item was delivered to Sussex not my address, I’ve had no reply and very unhappy as the reason I ordered was to commemorate the loss of my pet and you have ruined this for me.”

“Very pleased with the crystal. Very annoyed and disappointed that the LED base, which was paid for at the point of ordering, did not arrive. Even more disappointing is the total lack of response from the company once this was brought to their attention. From reading other reviews it would appear to be a common issue which leads me to believe that InCrystals are ripping customers off with this underhand tactic. For that reason I will never use them again and will warn others about buying from them.”
