“Have had previous orders and been delighted however this order is sitting at "processing" some 10 days after payment taken. Phone calls are cut off on answer. ?????”

“Ordered on the second o January. Rang up on the 3rd of January explaining I have ordered the wrong size light base with my crystal a lady told me someone would contact me but no-one has. Emailed twice since then and had no reply. Paid £99 had no reply still not received a dispatch notice I'm now beginning to worry if I'll receive my order at all.”
