“Always an excellent service from InCrystals. If you're not sure of what to buy someone for that special occasion, this is the place to go. Heavyweight glass, perfectly etched with the design/picture of your choice. And in a presentation box too. Brilliant. You can't go wrong here. 5*”

“The crystal was lovely but very disappointed as when it arrived it was without the wording I requested. It was blank. The customer service lady contacted me back and arranged for a replacement to arrive within 3 days. I was very impressed with the entire service.”

“The product itself was beautiful and the service was very quick so would give full marks for both of these. The only thing, however, that I was disappointed in was that it had stated on the website when ordering that the key ring came in a velvet lined presentation box. As this was a special gift for a birthday I had ordered because of this reason as presentation is really important. I was disappointed when it arrived in a small velvet sack making it look understated. I had expected a presentation box as described when ordering.”

“After failure to deliver by due date sent email-no reply. Rang 3 times took details no call back. Zero customer service! Thought it's a scam? Royal Mail sent delivery details-nothing from company. Arrived 8 days after due date. It was very good! Pity customer service did not match up to it.”

“I ordered a crystal necklace and Keyring for a friend who recently lost his daughter to cancer. I have used incrystals before so i knew I wanted something that had a sense of feeling the lost person was still close to them. I received the necklace and keyring within days of ordering which is simple to follow. My friends received their gifts from us and both burst into tears and said they both felt that their daughter was close to them once again I would highly recommend incrystals for something with that extra special touch”

“Brilliant service. Delivery was pretty quick, just a couple of days, and they must pre-process the image because the background was removed, leaving the people visible. It was exactly what I wanted and hoped for.”

“Excellent service the item was easy to order. I made a huge mistake when ordering I was supposed to order a heart shaped pendant with chain but I ordered a heart shaped key ring by mistake. I contacted incrystals by their telephone number on the email they sent after the purchase and spoke to a lady called Anitha. She took my detail and arranged for the items to be swapped around. I received the pendant within 5 days and it’s lovely. We have used in crystals before and will definitely be using them again”
